Dayspringcare Pricing: Software That Scales With Your Active Care Team
Dayspringcare Pricing: Software That Scales With Your Active Care Team
You should not have to pay for every staff profile sitting in your system.
You should pay for the people actively doing the work.
For NDIS, aged care, property care, and all-in-one providers, software pricing can become confusing quickly. Some platforms charge per seat, even when not every staff member is actively rostered. Others make it difficult to understand what is included, what costs extra, and which plan is right for your organisation.
DayspringCare is designed to keep pricing practical.
Our active worker subscription means you are charged based on support workers who have jobs allocated, not every worker saved in your database.
For example, if you have 50 support workers in your system but only 25 have jobs allocated in a month, you only pay for 25 active workers.
That means your software costs can scale with your actual operations, not just the size of your staff list.
Simple Pricing for Care Providers
DayspringCare offers flexible plans for providers who need software to manage rostering, care delivery, staff records, payroll, invoicing, client records, referrals, reporting, and operational workflows.
Our pricing is designed for:
• NDIS providers
• aged care providers
• home care providers
• property care providers
• allied health providers
• all-in-one care organisations
• growing teams that need tailored workflows
All subscriptions include two 1-hour training sessions with our Customer Success team to help your team get started.

What “Active Worker Subscription” Means
Active worker subscription means you only pay for support workers who have jobs allocated.
This is different from a standard seat licence model, where you may be charged for every user in your database, even if they are not actively working that month.
For example:
You may have 50 support workers saved in your system.
But if only 25 workers are allocated jobs in a given month, you only pay for 25 active workers.
This helps providers manage software costs more fairly as their team changes, grows, or fluctuates month to month.
It is especially useful for providers with:
• casual staff
• part-time workers
• growing teams
• seasonal workforce changes
• inactive staff records
• workers who are onboarded but not always rostered
The goal is simple: your software pricing should reflect your active operations.
